JUDI365 Terms & Conditions (Malaysia)

1) General Terms

• Eligibility 18+: Players must be 18 or above and are responsible for ensuring online play is legal in their jurisdiction. Kelayakan: 18 tahun ke atas; patuhi undang-undang tempatan.
• Single Account: One account per player/household/device/IP. Multiple accounts may be suspended and funds forfeited. Satu akaun setiap pemain.

2) Account Registration & Security

• Accurate Information (KYC): Provide true and accurate personal details for verification (KYC). False or mismatched details may cause withdrawal delays or rejection. Maklumat tepat diperlukan untuk pengesahan.
• Credentials & Devices: You are responsible for protecting your username/password and device. Losses caused by sharing/negligence are not borne by JUDI365.
• Re-verification: We may request re-verification to protect integrity, prevent fraud, and comply with regulations.
• Misuse: Accounts suspected of abuse, collusion, chargebacks, or money laundering may be frozen during review.

3) Deposits & Withdrawals (eWallet • FPX • Fast Withdrawal)

• Minimum Deposit: Typically RM30 unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are generally processed within 1–24 hours after successful KYC and risk checks; high volume or missing documents may cause delays.
• KYC Required: Before the first withdrawal, submit NRIC/Passport and a recent bank statement matching your account name. KYC diperlukan sebelum pengeluaran pertama.
• Name Matching: Deposits and withdrawals must use accounts in your own name; third-party or anonymous channels are not allowed.

4) Offers & Promotions (Starter Balance / 2× New Member)
